Human Life Begins at Conception

From the moment of conception, the “ fetus”  is human.

 Psalm 139: 13-15 For you formed my inward parts;    you knitted me together in my mother's womb.  I praise you, for I am fearfully and wonderfully made. Wonderful are your works;  my soul knows it very well.  My frame was not hidden from you,

when I was being made in secret,  intricately woven in the depths of the earth.

 A change in location from the womb to the outside is not what makes a baby a human being.

Human life is precious because humans are created in the image of God.

Jeremiah 1:5 , Exodus 21: 22-24, and Genesis 1: 21, 24, 26 are the other verses we read for today’s lesson.
